We are a health & welfare benefits broker and consultant. We are a trusted advisor to our clients on their employee benefit programs and are an independent broker, placing our clients into benefit plans that best fit with their business needs.

We assist our clients with all aspects of health & welfare benefit plan management, actuarial services, financial and performance analysis, risk management, vendor management (RFP bidding processes and performance guarantees), communications, open enrollment, employee engagement and employee advocacy.

Because we are passionate about helping people navigate the complexities of our healthcare system, we offer our Advocacy Council to our clients’ employees. Unique to Sarkisian & Associates, LLC, the Advocacy Council is made of subject matter expert clinicians, life-science/genomic practitioners and benefit plan administrators. The Council’s mission is to be there to provide expert guidance when an employee needs help finding the right specialist for complex care or is faced with a coverage denial.
